Action

Everything that you think about, learn about or debate is fruitless without action. Below are some suggestions that we hope you will find helpful to yourself, your discussion group etc...  Be creative as you spread your joy in the beauty and abundance of human life!

Educate Yourself and Others

It is important to educate yourself on the issues if you want to hold your ground in the personhood debate. Initially, you may want to invest in a basic worldview book, and take some time to ground yourself in a pro-human world view. Some good ones are Nancy Pearcy's Total Truth, or James W. Sire's Naming the Elephant, Worldview as a Concept.

Once grounded in your basic worldview assumptions, get a grasp on the basic issues and their implications. Then, begin to initiate debate. Whoever you are, wherever you are in life, just talk. Start the discussion. Begin a dialog, keep it rolling. Always, always bear in mind that humble gracious adherence to truth is far more persuasive than arrogance.

Contact Your Legislator

Our state and federal legislators are elected to represent their constituents. These visits, phone calls and letters are so important to spread the word that there is a coalition of people in Georgia that want the unborn to be protected as persons.

To find your legislators, click this link and type in your zip code in the top left of your screen.

The Emerging Brave New World

by Thomas Glessner

Beginning in 1973 with the infamous Roe v. Wade decision American society has increasingly accepted the concept that humanity can be divorced from personhood and thereby some human beings can be manipulated and destroyed for the selfish gains of others because they are not considered "persons.”

How to be a Christian in a Brave New World

by Joni Eareckson Tada and Nigel Cameron

This book serves as a guidebook for believers, to awaken their interest, offer practical help, enable them to think through big questions in light of Scripture, and prepare them for the greatest issue of the 21st century: our new power to redesign human nature and determine the boundaries of human life through abortion, cloning, euthanasia, eugenics, and robotics.
